My involvement with The Spitfire Club began when my daughter was a member in elementary school. As a "Spitfire Dad," I saw firsthand how the program uses diverse books and strong female protagonists to foster a sense of belonging and confidence.
I’m a firm believer in this mission, which is why I eventually moved from the sidelines to a role as a volunteer and ultimately a member of the Board of Directors. I’ve seen the impact from both sides, and I know how much this community matters to the girls we serve.
