She Gave Birth in a Crowded Shelter

This sweet and brave mama managed to deliver puppies in a loud and crowded shelter in rural VA. While a shelter is a safer place than the woods to give birth, we are desperate to get mom and her puppies into a foster home to keep them safe and healthy.
