In 2025, our STAR Youth Leadership program won the Fairfax County Environmental Excellence Award! Our students created the 'One Less Plastic Bottle' campaign, designing environmental ads now displayed at bus shelters along the Route 7 corridor. This project, in partnership with Friends of Holmes Run and Fairfax Water, proves our youth are leading the way in sustainability.
