Delilah's owner gave her up

Delilah is a 10-month-old black lab mix who has already been through too much. She ended up in a shelter in southern Virginia after she was surrendered by her owner. Delilah has no idea why she's in a noisy, busy shelter and needs to feel the love and safety of her forever home. We want to help her find her future home, but we could use your support.
