Hank doesn't know how he ended up in a shelter

Hank is an absolutely adorable 7-year-old cockapoo who was found as a stray about a year ago. The family who found him has kept him for the last year, but they are elderly and can't take care of all of their dogs. Hank has ended up in a shelter in southern Virginia. This sweet dog would be snapped up in northern Virginia, but we need to get him out of the shelter and where adopters can find him.
