Chance is recovering

Chance has had a rough life. He was being neglected and the local animal control officer in southwestern Virginia gave his owner the option to surrender him or be charged. Chance was underweight and his tail was injured. It took time, but Chance is finally healthy and ready to be adopted. But he keeps being overlooked in the crowded shelter. We hope that with a change of scenery, Chance's personality with catch someone's eye and he'll find his new family quickly. Please help give Chance that second chance.
