Goose Needs A Lifeline

Goose is just a baby at only 8 months old. He is a cute Feist mix with a fun spirit and a life that’s barely begun. He was found wandering alone in rural Virginia, likely scared and hungry, and was brought to a rural, overcrowded shelter. No one ever came looking for him. Now Goose spends every day in a cold kennel, watching people walk past his cage, hoping someone might finally see him. The days drag on, and the nights are even harder; quiet, lonely, and filled with uncertainty. It’s a heartbreaking existence for such a young dog with so much life left to live. Homeward Trails wants to get Goose out of that shelter and into a loving home, but they can’t do it without help. They need to raise enough funds to cover his rescue and transport.
