Beagle desperately needs medical care

Shark, a 7-year-old beagle, was found covered in sores. This poor guy has clearly been through a lot, found all alone on an excruciatingly hot day. We don't know how long he had to suffer like that. 

What we do know is he's an incredibly sweet older beagle, very gentle and kind to everyone he meets. Unlike his namesake, his teeth are in rough condition, and we need donations to help him get the dental work and other medical care he urgently needs.
