Tony deserves a second chance

Tony is in shock! This adorable 4 year old beagle was surrendered by his owner in rural Virginia just because he's not good at hunting rabbits! Tony is not only heartbroken why his human abandoned him, but he's also scared and overwhelmed at living in a loud and stressful rural shelter environment. The shelter is full and desperate to move some dogs to rescue to avoid having to make difficult decisions about the animals in their care. Tony deserves a chance to find a true loving and caring home. Will you please help us bring Tony to the DC area this week and offer him a second chance?
