Delilah and Luca need our help

Delilah and Luca, two 7-week-old old puppies, were found together wandering in the woods in rural Virginia. We don't know how they ended up there, but we know they've had a tough start to life. Both have hernias that will need to be surgically repaired. We know we can turn things around for this duo, but we need your help.
