Athena and Apollo were cruelly dumped in a rural West Virginia town, frightened, clinging to each other for comfort, and left to survive alone. This 10 month old Shepherd/Feist mix pair now spend their days behind cold bars in a loud, overcrowded shelter, unsure of what they did to deserve such a fate. They don’t understand why no one has come for them. Homeward Trails desperately wants to give them the chance to grow up in a loving home, but they can’t do it without your help.
