Found with a life-threatening neck wound
It hurts our hearts so much to even have to write this. But poor Andy has suffered more than we can get our brains around.
He was cruelly chained up with a collar that was so tight for so long it embedded so deeply in his neck it could have killed him. And this his cruel abusers set him loose with a bandana to hide the wound.
Thankfully someone found him and called us right away to help. He needs IMMEDIATE emergency intervention and we cannot say no.
PLEASE help us save this boy and erase all of his horrible abuse. We are his only chance. Despite his pain he is such a sweet boy at only 32 lbs. - giving gentle kisses and looking with his soulful eyes for love and reassurance that it will be okay.
