Sending Alexandria kids to camp!

Young Life is a world class organization dedicated to adolescents. We have found kids are more likely to have meaningful relationships, graduate high school, and develop strong character and faith after attending a summer camp trip. We want to make camp a reality for all kids in Alexandria and don't want cost to ever get in the way.

At camp, kids will experience adventure, belonging, and fun. They often tell us camp was "the best week of my life!" This summer 30 kids from Alexandria will have the chance to attend Rockbridge, a beautiful camp property outside of Lexington, Virginia. They will get to go on a zip line, ropes course, giant slide, and more while eating three meals a day and sleeping in cabins with their friends and leaders.

Camp is a safe place where students are welcomed and loved just as they are. They will have the chance to process life and faith with a trusted leader in their cabin and be free of all technology and social media.

Young Life thinks the world of kids. We believe that they deserve to know what life can hold for them. Young Life leaders are caring adults who come sharing that hope as well as fun and lasting friendships with kids. Young Life is also all about fun. From club and camp to Campaigners and other activities, teenagers will have blast laughing, trying new things and being with their friends.
