Since our inception in 2019, we have worked alongside our community in helping the less fortunate. Our sole purpose is to identify and respond to essential needs of others in Alexandria.

Our Mission

The Kathleen & Eddie Arthur Hearts of Love Foundation is committed to providing financial assistance and support to low-income families, most of whom are living in the Chirilagua area of Alexandria, Virginia. We work to enable low-income youth to access and partake in the same opportunities that are afforded to their peers of higher socio-economic standing.
