Support Enrichment at Washington Street UMC Preschool

At Washington Street UMC Preschool, tuition covers the essentials — but it’s fundraising that allows us to offer the extraordinary.

Your support funds the enrichment programs that bring learning to life for our students. From our bi-weekly Science Seed program to weekly music with Ms. Abby, to our beloved spring Hatch-a-Chick unit, these hands-on experiences are vital to the high-quality early childhood education we are proud to provide.

Throughout the year, our students also enjoy special enrichment events such as:

• A live youth orchestra concert
• A favorite storybook brought to life through puppetry
• Visits from the Archaeology Museum, the Glenn Echo Aquarium, and the Jerome “Buddy” Ford Nature Center
• And, of course, witnessing the magical moment when baby chicks hatch before their eyes

We are fortunate to be surrounded by incredible early childhood resources in our community — and with your help, we can continue to offer these meaningful experiences and expand even further.

🎉 Popsicle Party Competition is Back!

Our Preschool Board has generously committed $1,750 to support Washington Street United Methodist Church Preschool this year.

If our current families can match or exceed $1,750 in donations, every student will celebrate with a Playground Popsicle Party, complete with our mini bounce house!
