At Military Mentors, we believe mentorship changes lives. It equips people to lead with purpose, build stronger relationships, and create lasting impact in their communities.

Our mission is to elevate, educate, and facilitate mentoring for the military and beyond. We are building a bridge between those who serve and those who support. You do not have to be military affiliated to make a difference. You only need a commitment to developing resilient leaders and stronger communities. 

When you sponsor a fellow, you help launch a ripple effect of mentorship, service, and transformation. Each fellow is also required to complete a community service project rooted in mentorship at the end of their fellowship, extending their impact far beyond the program itself.

Through our eMMissary Fellowship, custom mentoring curriculum, and annual conference, we empower veterans and civilian professionals to build meaningful relationships that inspire leadership development and positive change. Every fellow sponsored and every dollar invested helps shape mentors who multiply their impact — one leader, one conversation, one community at a time.

From Alexandria, Virginia, to communities across the nation, our reach is growing. The message is clear: mentorship works, leaders rise, and communities are strengthened when people invest in one another.

Proceeds will impact the eMMissary program and also help make our annual MMoment Conference possible — a gathering where mentors, mentees, and supporters come together to share stories, spark connections, and celebrate the power of mentorship. By keeping the event accessible, we make it easier for more people to join the movement and be part of the change.
