MAAWLE is a professional organization dedicated to providing specialized training, leadership development, and networking opportunities for women serving in law enforcement throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. 

The annual conference is designed to enhance professional skills, promote best practices, and strengthen collaboration among agencies, ultimately benefiting the communities they serve.

The 2027 conference would mark the first time this event is hosted in Alexandria. 

Hosting MAAWLE in our city presents a unique opportunity to showcase Alexandria’s commitment to professional excellence, public safety, and the advancement of women in law enforcement, while also bringing positive economic and regional impact to the area.
