Olliver's owner died and he was put outside

Poor Olliver has had a terrible experience. This 1.5-year-old Biewer Terrier was living in southern Virginia with his owner, who had purchased him from a breeder. His owner passed away, and the surviving family left Olliver outside to fend for himself. Scared and alone, Olliver was eventually found with terribly matted fur and covered in more than 50 ticks. We are so sorry for Olliver's suffering, and we desperately want to help him find a loving home where he can learn to trust again.
