Haley's owner couldn't afford to keep her

It's heartbreaking that Haley, a 2-year-old husky/lab mix, ended up in a shelter in southern Virginia after her owner simply couldn't afford to keep her. We know it was a painful separation for both. After living in a home, Haley is sad and scared to be in a shelter, and we want to get her out as soon as possible.
