Hi my name is Simge! I've been on FIRST Team 5587 for the past 4 years of high school and I've loved every minute of it! I started as the Electrical Lead in my Freshmen year then became the Mechanical Lead in my Sophomore year. Now, I am the CTO (Chief Technical Officer) as a Senior.
This season, we are competing at the Chesapeake District Championships at Virginia State University due to winning the Impact Award (most prestigious award in FIRST) at the district level. We were also 5th at our last competition due to our robot, Bugbert's, performance.
Not only is Titan Robotics a highschool team building robots, we are also known for spreading community outreach all over Alexandria. We have hosted 30+ outreach events this year where we spread STEM to young students and even adults!
Your donation would pay for lodging at District Champs, help build robots, but it will also help us keep spreading outreach and help fund more programs for young STEM students!
