Dr. Pupper desperately needs our help

Dr. Pupper is lucky to be alive after living on the streets in rural Virginia in this heat, doing his best to find enough food to survive and a cool spot to rest. We're grateful that he was found and pulled off the streets, but hounds are some of the most discarded pets and his odds of being adopted from the local shelter are slim. We know Dr. Pupper deserves better and want to ensure that he finds his forever family. He also is in great need of a dental evaluation.
