Nonprofit Office Hours

GiveGab, the technology partner behind Spring2ACTion, is here to help all nonprofits participating in Spring2ACTion by offering one-on-one support. To do this, the GiveGab Customer Success team will be holding on-demand office hours between March 31, 2021 - April 13, 2021. See the breakdown of the schedule below.

To sign up, nonprofit administrators can simply utilize this Calendly link to book a time with a Customer Success Champion or Chat Specialist. This will also be an option for organizations who write in to GG Chat (the blue chat bubble) with more complicated questions or if a higher level of support is needed.

Once the administrator enters their information, a calendar invitation will be automatically created and Google Meet details will be generated. Admins will receive an email reminder and have the option to receive a text message reminder about their upcoming appointment as well.

These support sessions will be offered in 20-minute increments for 1 hour each business day during the selected time-frame listed below. To accommodate a variety of schedules, there are morning, mid-day, and afternoon sessions available.
