Johnny's Future is In Your Hands!

Johnny is only a year and a half old, just a baby really, and already he’s been left behind with no explanation. One day he had a home, a person, a life he thought he understood, and the next, he was alone in a loud, unfamiliar shelter in southwest Virginia, waiting and watching every passerby, hoping it might be the one who left him. He doesn’t understand what he did wrong or why no one came back for him. The confusion in his eyes says everything. Dogs like Johnny don’t do well in shelters like this. They shut down, they lose hope, they disappear long before anyone notices. Homeward Trails wants to give him a second chance, to show him that he is still worth loving, but they can’t do it without help. Johnny’s future depends on donations, on someone choosing to care before it’s too late.
