Fox Doesn't Want to be Forgotten

Even though Fox is only a year old, he somehow he ended up in a place where unwanted dogs are left behind, as if they never mattered at all. Found wandering alone in a known dumping area in West Virginia, he was one of the lucky ones and was spotted by a kind woman who refuses to ignore these forgotten dogs. He was lucky enough to be saved and brought to a rural shelter. Now Fox sits in a cold kennel, surrounded by noise and uncertainty, with no one to call his own and no understanding of how he got here. He’s still so young, still full of hope, watching each day pass as dogs come and go while he waits for someone to be interested in saving him. Homeward Trails wants to give Fox the life he was meant to have, but they can’t pull him without donations and sponsors to get him on the next transport. Right now, his future is hanging in the balance, and he needs someone to choose him before he becomes just another forgotten face.
