Sylvia was found near the interstate

Sylvia is only 10 months old, but has been through a lot. She was found near the interstate in southwest Virginia and was taken to one of our partner shelters nearby. We're thankful she's safe and out of such a dangerous spot, but this shelter isn't one where she's likely to get adopted. We want to get Sylvia to northern Virginia, where we are sure we can find her a forever family. Can you help us turn things around for her?
