Found Starving and Covered in Fleas/Ticks

Hemi the hound's story is heartbreaking. This sweet soul is severely malnourished and battling a painful flea and tick infestation. We don't know what hardships Hemi has endured to date, but we are going to do everything we can to let him know that he is safe and loved. Hemi is with one of our shelter partners but they don't have the resources to properly care for him That's why we are asking for help to cover Hemi's vetting and transport costs.
